The check in was very fast. Lidia did my check in and she was very helpful, she got me a credencial drive from the hotel, 1 hour after my check in I was already on my way to a tour to Cumbuco. Request the driver taxi Vandenilson, he is a great guy

Thing don't alway move too fast, but service is good. It's a lot cheaper and more flexible than the bigger Club Ventos, but the equipment is also a bit more worn. Also arranges trips, transfers to/from Forteleza and anything else. Â edit

Booked transfers with car seat included to go from Burgas to Sunny Beach. All went smoothly, car seat was correctly fitted on both occasions, drivers were polite spoke English and arrived on time.
